How do I have the AI assistant add a calculator or quiz to my website that sends the answers to a Votel form?

Open the AI assistant and describe the job clearly, with the details it needs:

1. Name the website project and the page you want to change, say where on the page the new element goes, and describe what the calculator or multi-step quiz should do.
2. Tell it exactly which questions to ask, or it may make up its own instead of using yours.
3. Say which contact fields to capture at the end, for example name, email and phone, and that the results should be posted to your form. Open the Votel form that should receive the results, copy its endpoint information from the form page, and paste it to the AI.
4. If you are recreating a calculator you already have on another site, paste its HTML, content or formula so the AI can match the questions and reverse engineer the calculation logic. Add your own notes after the pasted text, with space between them.
5. Ask it to match the style of your existing form and make it user friendly.
6. Test it and ask for fixes, for example to scroll to the top of the form when the visitor clicks Continue to move to the next step.
