Do AI agents share information with each other, and how can an agent know about the person it is talking to?

Each AI agent is isolated. It does not share information with other agents or other accounts unless you set it up to, and it only knows and can do what you put in its prompt. Each agent also has its own working hours.

To give an agent information about the person it is talking to, pass in the lead context. There are two variables: lead information and lead activity. Lead activity is everything you see when you open the contact in Conversations, such as wallet changes or appointments. With these the agent can say things like "Is that the appointment you have tomorrow?" when someone calls to reschedule.
